Paul Thomas RWA

Paul Thomas (b1951) studied at Harrow School of Art (1969-70), Winchester School of Art (1970-73) and The Royal College of Art (1974-77). He was Cheltenham Fellow in Painting (1977-78) and Artist-in-Residence in Drawing at The National Art School, Sydney, Australia (2004-5).

His work is held in private and public collections in the UK and Australia, including Oxford University, Imperial College, The Burston Collection, The Cheltenham Museum & Art Gallery and the Victoria & Albert Museum. Paul Thomas was co-founder of The Jerwood Drawing Prize.

He lives and works in Gloucestershire, UK, and Sydney, Australia.
